About the Role:

Based at our Weybridge campus, you will play a key role in developing learners' practical skills, industry knowledge and employability.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Delivering high-quality teaching and practical training in Brickwork and Carpentry
✔ Planning and delivering engaging lessons and workshop sessions
✔ Assessing, reviewing and recording learner progress
✔ Maintaining accurate learner and course records
✔ Embedding employability and professional behaviours throughout the curriculum
✔ Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong industry experience within Brickwork, Carpentry or Multi-Skilled Construction
✅ Relevant vocational qualifications, Degree or HND
✅ Previous teaching or training experience (desirable but not essential)
✅ Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one with full support provided
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good IT skills and ability to maintain accurate records
✅ A passion for developing and supporting learners
