Hunters Recruitment & Training is growing — and we're looking for a driven, commercially minded people person to join our Worthing office.
You do not need recruitment experience. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and ambition to build a successful long-term career in sales and recruitment.

Build relationships with candidates and local businesses
Advertise vacancies and source talent
Develop new client accounts through outbound calls and networking
Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
Learn how to negotiate, influence and sell professionally Recruitment is busy, rewarding and genuinely career-changing for ambitious people.

Recruitment Consultant - What We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills
Commercial awareness and sales confidence
Positive, hardworking and resilient personality
Good IT skills and ability to learn quickly
Evidence of achievement, ambition or strong work ethic Sales, hospitality, retail, telesales or customer-facing experience is highly desirable.
