Must have’s
* Proven experience in phone based sales
* Experience selling regulated products in a fast paced environment
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Confident objection handling and closing ability
* A target driven mindset with real motivation to earn and succeed
* Ability to learn quickly and build strong product knowledge

* Experience in insurance or financial services sales
* Familiarity with consultative sales techniques

* Speak with customers to understand their needs, priorities and budgets
* Provide clear, consultative advice on suitable insurance solutions
* Use internal systems to generate quotes and compare available policies
* Explain policy benefits in a simple and engaging way
* Handle objections with confidence and turn enquiries into sales
* Deliver excellent customer service while consistently achieving and exceeding targets
