Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker to join our clients' Housing Management team.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Housing Support Worker:

Ensure effective collection of rents including management of Housing Benefits
Complete regular risk assessments
Ensure properties are fit for purpose
Schedule repairs and update tenants
Monitor Health and Safety
Reduce current and former tenant arrearsEssential Requirements of the Senior Housing Support Worker:

Full UK Driving Licence
