Crane Operator
Wiltech Acoustics have a vacancy for a proactive and Crane Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Forklift Operations:

* Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items.

* Safely transport materials throughout the facility.

* Secure and optimise loads for efficient transport.

* Complete daily vehicle checks and documentation.

* Schedule vehicles for maintenance and report any damages.

Crane Operations:

* Operate overhead cranes (up to 50 tonnes).

* Load/unload products to and from transport vehicles.

* Set up lifting rigs tailored to each job.

* Inspect lifting gear before each use and report defects.

General Warehouse/Operational Duties:

* Operate and manage technical equipment as required.

* Pick and wrap orders accurately for dispatch.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

* Adhere to production schedules and health & safety protocols.

* Follow company procedures aligned with ISO9001, ISO45001 & ISO14001 accreditations.

* Complete weekly timesheets clearly and submit to team leads

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Good understanding of warehouse safety practices and manual handling

* Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

* Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environment

* Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001) is an advantage

* Experience operating overhead cranes (up to 50T preferred)

* Hours: Afternoons 2pm till 10pm (15% shift allowance)
