As Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in maintaining the high standards of this 2 Rosette kitchen. You will:

Prepare and present dishes to a consistent, high standard
Maintain excellent levels of hygiene and food safety
Manage and support Commis and Demi Chefs within your section
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development
Ensure quality and consistency during every serviceWhat we're looking for:
