This role is a vital part of the management team in Poole. You will work closely with the Store Manager to help to drive team engagement and maximise all sales opportunities.

* In the Store Manager`s absence, you will proactively lead the team to achieve set goals, expectations and targets through effective coaching and training.
* Motivating and inspiring all of our valued dreamers.
* Walking the floor regularly, ensuring store standards are consistently high so every customer has an exceptional experience.

* Experience: You`ll be able to demonstrate previous retail or commercial sales experience, preferably with some experience of store and team management.
