Shift Pattern: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
Location: Harvey and Brockless, 44-54 Stewarts Rd, Battersea, London, SW8 4DF
Salary: £31,000 per annum

Here in Battersea we have the largest collection of British farmhouse cheeses in the UK. We slice and dice these cheeses to the liking of our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key part of our Distribution team, you’ll:

Keep routes running efficiently while managing costs
Quickly identify and resolve daily dispatch challenges
Work closely with the Dispatch Manager to improve processes
Support drivers day-to-day to ensure smooth operations
Preparing and checking delivery paperwork (invoices, manifests, late picks)
Producing and issuing daily Dispatch Sheets
Coordinating PM runs, third-party deliveries, and customer collections
Booking couriers and deliveries through online systems
Managing driver absences, holiday cover, and uniform allocation
Handling ePOD issues, delivery extras, and returns to stock
Logging delivery, access, and vehicle issues for follow-up
Responding to dispatch-related emails and communications

What we’re looking for

Full UK driving licence (aged 25+ for insurance purposes)
Minimum 1 year of driving experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
