Contract Administrator Required (Temp to Perm)

R9 Recruitment are supporting a leading construction client in their search for an experienced Contract Administrator. This is a temp‑to‑perm role offering long‑term stability and fully remote working once a short induction has been completed in Kent.
The business specialises in voids and disrepair work, so previous experience in this type of environment will be beneficial.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Role Overview
You’ll provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the commercial team, including:
* Inputting schedule‑of‑rates items into client systems
* Producing subcontractor pre‑works schedules
* Preparing scoping and pricing documents
* Entering variations
* Checking and processing subcontractor applications and photo evidence
* Managing post‑inspection queries
* Coding new orders using booking sheets and photos
What You Need
* Essential experience with inputting schedule of rates
* Experience as a Administrator within the Construction/Maintenance/Building/Social Housing Sector
* Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Teams
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with internal and external teams
* Availability for an immediate start
Pay & Progression
* £17- £19 per hour for the first 12 weeks (Depending on experience)
* Up to £33,000 basic salary once permanent
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays once permanent
* Company laptop provided
* Fully remote after induction
