Are you an experienced CNC Operator Setter with Programming knowledge?

Do you have a solid background working with FANUC controls?

Do you have a passion for engineering and hands on manufacturing?

Our client, a leading engineering firm based in Kent are looking for a skilled, diligent, and agile CNC operator setter that works well as part of a workshop team

Main duties include:

* Manufacturing precision machined components in line with engineering drawings and work instructions.

* Setting and operating several multi-axis CNC machines with a range of controllers.

* Carrying out initial quality checks on machined parts.

* Maintaining program, tooling and inspection records for all components produced.

You will have at least 3-years’ experience in manufacturing, a strong working knowledge of CNC Milling/Turning. You will also possess:

* Experience with multi axis milling machines

* A basic level of programming

* The ability to interpret technical drawings.

* The ability to work to strict tolerances.

* Excellent attention to detail

* A flexible nature and good communication skills

* A good understanding of health and safety in an engineering environment

This is a Monday-Friday role, daytime shifts only, with an early finish on a Friday,
