The Supply Register is currently recruiting Health and Social Care Lecturers to join our bank of staff supporting West Lancashire College. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced lecturers or industry professionals looking for flexible work.

The Role

As a Health and Social Care Lecturer, you will deliver engaging lessons and support learners preparing for careers in healthcare and social care settings.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering Health & Social Care lessons (BTEC / CACHE)

Supporting coursework and assignments

Preparing learners for placements and employment

Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback

Promoting safeguarding and professional standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Health and Social Care or related field

Teaching experience or willingness to move into education

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with BTEC/CACHE (desirable)

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
