Warehouse Operative and Driver

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative & Delivery Driver to join a busy and growing team based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with the occasion local deliveries, ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position with plenty of responsibility and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch

* Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently

* Carrying out local multi-drop deliveries to customers

* Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

* Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness of the company vehicle

* Assisting with general warehouse upkeep and stock control

* Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence (essential) over 25 for insurance purposes

* Previous warehouse and/or delivery driving experience preferred

* Good time management and ability to work to deadlines

* Physically fit due to manual handling requirements

* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

* Good communication skills and customer-facing attitude
