With an annual UK turnover approaching £320 million, we employ around 750 people across 16 sites nationwide.
The Position
We are seeking two Bagging Operatives to join our team at the Nottingham site. These are full-time, permanent roles working 12-hour shifts across various patterns to meet business needs.
As a Bagging Operative, your duties will vary according to Company requirements and may include:
Loading product into appropriate vehicles
Preparing and bagging products ready for despatch
Ensuring products meet quality standards and taking samples before distribution
Completing paperwork and undertaking general housekeeping
Carrying out any other ad hoc duties as required by Management
Requirements
Ability to prioritise workload effectively
Excellent communication skills
Full valid driving licence (essential)
Forklift truck and/or shunter licence (advantageous)
Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
Flexibility with working hours
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable; training will be provided where necessary
