Health & Safety Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Tiptree, with travel to Sudbury and Buckhatch
30 hours per week (flexible)
Full Time or Part Time
£36,000 – £42,000 pro rata (£45,000 – £52,500 FTE)

As their new Health & Safety Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping the future of safety, wellbeing and operational excellence across the business.

What you'll be doing
* Leading the Health & Safety strategy across the business
* Developing systems, processes and best practice
* Managing compliance, audits and incident investigations
* Supporting and empowering managers to take ownership of Health & Safety
* Promoting continuous improvement across retail, hospitality and nursery operations
What we're looking for
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
* IOSH or IIRSM membership
* Proven multi-site Health & Safety experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confidence using digital Health & Safety systems
