We’re looking for Community Carers to support people in their own homes, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. Previous care experience is valued, but what matters most is empathy, a positive attitude, and a drive to brighten someone’s day.
What we offer:

Competitive pay: £13.30 – £13.80 per hour

Enhanced bank holiday rates, company pension & mileage allowance
*
Twice-yearly bonuses (average £1,500+ annually for full-time staff)
*
Pool car availability, company events & 24/7 on-call support
*
Free uniform and PPE
Shifts:
*
7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm (flexible)
*
Alternate weekends
Your role:
*
Provide personal care, medication support, and companionship
*
Help with daily tasks and maintain safe, clean homes
*
Encourage independence and confidence in clients
*
Support appointments and communicate with families and professionals
*
Keep accurate records and raise any concerns
What we’re looking for:
*
Genuine passion for caring for others
*
Strong communication skills and reliability
*
Availability for alternate weekends
*
Full UK driving licence & access to a car
*
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
