Job Title: Oracle Cloud PPM Lead
Location: London/Hybrid

Job Type: Contract - Inside IR35.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects, Assets & Lease Accounting Lead to play a key role in large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation programmes.

This is a senior functional leadership position focused on the design, implementation and optimisation of Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver best-practice Oracle Cloud processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design across Oracle Cloud Project Accounting, Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering and global template discussions
• Define business processes, user stories and functional designs
• Support sprint planning, solution governance and project delivery
• Provide guidance on integration points across Oracle ERP modules
• Support testing, data migration and cutover planning activities

Key experience required

• Extensive experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
• Deep expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting
• Strong understanding of Acquire-to-Retire and Project-to-Close processes
• Proven ability to lead workshops and engage senior business stakeholders
• Experience producing functional specifications, solution designs and configuration documentation

Desirable

• Experience on large, complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management background
