Insight Planner

Inside IR35, £550 - £650 P/D

9 months, scope to extend

Hybrid, 1-2 days on site per week (Manchester preferred, London considered)

We're looking for an Insight Planner to join a new multidisciplinary team driving insight-led decision-making in a large, complex organisation.

As the sole Insight Planner, you'll shape how insight is used - turning data into clear narratives that influence strategy, product direction, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Synthesize qualitative, quantitative, and behavioural data into clear, actionable insights
  • Create compelling presentations and strategic recommendations
  • Identify patterns and opportunities across multiple data sources
  • Collaborate with research, product, design, and delivery teams
  • Support user-centred approaches and strategic decision-making
  • Help define and build the Insight Planning capability

About You

  • Strong experience translating complex data into insightful narratives
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strategic thinker with experience in complex organisations
  • Self-starter who can shape ways of working
