Senior Carer

The successful Senior Carers will be responsible for:

Treat all customers and employees with equality, dignity, and respect.
*
Looking after people living with dementia
*
Encourage customers to participate in social and leisure activities.
*
Encourage challenging discrimination and harassment.
*
Follow care plans and Quality Management System guidelines.
*
Ensure health and safety through best practices and Westward Care guidelines
*
Complete paperwork accurately and within agreed time frames.
*
Work effectively with team members to deliver customer care and ensure smooth operation.
*
Identify opportunities for service improvement
For this Senior Carer role, you will need:
*
Ability to communicate via various methods
*
Experience administering medication
*
Ability to prioritise customers needs and satisfaction.
*
Flexibility with working hours including weekends
*
Willingness to work both independently and within a team
*
Willingness to learn
