Key Responsibilities:

Present and promote our temporary, permanent, and contract recruitment services tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions and client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company's financial growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment sector.
Strong understanding of different employment types: temporary, permanent, and contract recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
