We’re looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join an expanding team in Wells, supporting Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional client experiences and high-quality financial advice.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing and maintaining accurate client records and data.

* Preparing reports, documentation, and meeting packs for advisers.

* Supporting the advice process from start to finish.

* Ensuring compliance through meticulous administration and record keeping.

* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering professional and timely communication.

* Working closely with advisers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in financial services administration, financial planning, wealth management, pensions, or investments.

✔ Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot inaccuracies.

✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

✔ Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach.

✔ Proficiency with office systems and administration software.

✔ A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to be part of a collaborative team.
