We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team within a primary school in Taunton as soon as possible. The Role:
* Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences
* Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
* A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification OR a Degree in Early Childhood Studies
* Experience working with children within an Early Years setting

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
