Panel Beater – Littlehampton, West Sussex
Our client, a leading accident repair group with a strong reputation within the UK automotive industry, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their well-established bodyshop in Littlehampton. This is a superb opportunity for experienced panel repair specialists to advance their careers within a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal individual will bring technical expertise, a passion for quality workmanship, and a proactive approach to customer service.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary up to £56,314 per annum, plus performance-based bonus
Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00 to 18:00
Ongoing ATA (IMI) accreditation training and professional development support
Access to state-of-the-art workshop technology and equipment

Regular investment in workshop facilities and technical resourcesDuties of the Panel Beater:
Replacing or repairing vehicle panels to high standards, ensuring precise and quality workmanship
Planning work schedules, ordering parts, and managing repairs to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product and technical innovations in the automotive body repair industry
Providing excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty and generate referrals
Organising and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment as a Panel Beater
Collaborating with colleagues to uphold workshop productivity and quality standardsRequirements:
Full UK driving licence is essential
Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified or ATA Panel Technician certification
Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive bodyshop environment
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work within set timeframes
Own fully equipped toolbox is preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, proactive attitude
