Job Title – Shift Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias)

Location – Stratford

Salary: £47,500 – £49,000 + Unlimited Overtime

Shift: Continental Shift Pattern (Days & Nights)

Job Role – Shift Maintenance Engineer

The Shift Maintenance Engineer will join a blue chip manufacturer within the FMCG industry, working on a fully automated, world-class production site in Stratford. As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving state-of-the-art machinery, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance within a high-performing engineering team. Non-Negotiable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

Must be a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias).

Must have experience working within an FMCG, factory, or industrial manufacturing environment.

Must hold a recognised Engineering Qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).

Essential Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.

Experience with PLC systems and high-speed production equipment.

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer

Experience working on fully automated production lines.

Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing principles.
