Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity within Children's Residential Care?

BRB Recruit is currently partnering with multiple children's residential providers across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and surrounding areas, all of whom are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Managers to join their teams.
Whether you're looking to join a brand-new provider opening its first service, a growing organisation expanding its portfolio, or an established provider with a proven track record of delivering outstanding care, we have opportunities available to suit a variety of career goals and leadership styles.

Established homes requiring experienced leadership.

Services ranging from 2-bed through to larger multi-bed homes.
What We're Looking For
*
Current Registered Managers.
*
Experienced Deputy Managers ready for the next step.
*
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children's home standards.
*
Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
*
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
*
Must meet Regulation 28 Ofsted Children's Home requirements in terms of management experience.
