Palfinger UK is expanding its flagship Dartford operation and now hiring two new team members to join one of the world’s leading lifting technology manufacturers. As a Service Engineer, you’ll work with premium crane systems inside a modern 13,000 sq ft facility fitted with advanced diagnostics, specialist tooling and eight fully equipped workshop bays.

Your responsibilities as Service Engineer
Carry out planned maintenance and repairs on Palfinger and Epsilon crane systems
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and software faults
Complete LOLER inspections and required safety checks
Use manufacturer diagnostic systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance
Contribute to a professional, safety-focused workshop environment
What we’re looking for
Previous experience as a Service Technician working on hydraulic or lifting equipment
Background within cranes, forklifts, plant, powered access, HGVs or agricultural machinery
Recognised qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant discipline
Strong fault-finding ability across mechanical and hydraulic systems
Professional attitude with a strong focus on quality and safety
Ability to work full-time on-site in Dartford, Monday to Friday
