🎓 September Start
We are looking for a caring, confident, and reliable Behaviour Support Assistant to support young people in an Alternative Provision setting in Oldham.
This role involves working with students who may have behavioural, social, emotional, or mental health needs. You will help them stay engaged in learning, manage their behaviour positively, and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
The Role
Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Building positive relationships with young people
Encouraging engagement in lessons and activities
Supporting students with behaviour and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff
Promoting a safe and positive learning environment
We Are Looking For
Experience working with children or young people is desirable
Good communication and relationship-building skills
A calm, patient, and positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team
Passion for helping young people succeed
Transferable Experience Welcome
