Working as a Traffic Marshal on a busy rail infrastructure project in Banbury.
Safely directing and controlling the movement of plant, vehicles, and pedestrians around site.
Ensuring all site traffic follows designated routes and complies with safety procedures.
Coordinating deliveries and vehicle access to maintain efficient site operations.
Conducting vehicle and plant marshalling duties in accordance with site requirements.
Maintaining clear communication with drivers, plant operators, and site management.
Monitoring site access and reporting any safety concerns or incidents.
Following all health and safety regulations and rail project protocols.
Supporting the site team with general traffic management duties as required.
Ongoing work available for the right candidate.Requirements

Valid CPCS Plant and Vehicle Marshal qualification.
Previous Traffic Marshal experience.
Own transport to siteRate of Pay

£15.94 (first 39 hours)
£23.91 (after 39 hours)
PAYE
Weekly payments.
