Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for flexible supply work in Leeds?
Do you have strong classroom management and the confidence to lead lessons across a range of year groups?
Are you passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential?

These schools are committed to creating positive learning environments where pupils are encouraged to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The schools are looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work on a temporary supply basis, with permanent opportunities available for the right Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be expected to support classroom teachers, deliver pre-planned lessons, provide intervention support, and maintain strong classroom behaviour management across a variety of settings.
The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:
HLTA qualification or relevant classroom-based experience
Experience supporting pupils within UK schools
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
The ability to deliver engaging lessons across different year groups
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
