Smart Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in Erdington across both mainstream and specialist settings, with a strong focus on supporting pupils with additional needs. This SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity is ideal for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in the classroom and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who can confidently support pupils with a range of learning, communication and behavioural needs. • Support pupils with learning, behaviour and emotional regulation as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• Work collaboratively with teachers and wider staff teams as a SEN Teaching Assistant
