Salary: £14-15ph
Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Fleet. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, working closely with the Tech Director, supporting key operational and administrative tasks. This role would suit a highly organised, proactive individual with strong administrative and Excel skills who is confident managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing direct administrative support to the Tech Director
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
* Managing and maintaining databases and records
* Preparing reports and documentation using Excel
* Handling correspondence and internal communications
* Supporting with general office administration tasks
* Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Requirements
* Strong previous experience in a senior administrative role
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data management, and reporting)
* Experience with order processing and system-based administration
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
