Teaching Assistant - Temp-to-Perm | Term Time | ASAP or September Start
Salary: £14.24 - £15.86 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm
Location: Redbourn, St Albans, Hertfordshire

We're looking for a caring, proactive, and creative Teaching Assistant to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

This is a temp-to-perm role with a chance to grow, gain fully funded qualifications, and work in a well-resourced, supportive environment.

What you'll do:

Support students' learning in classrooms, the community, and beyond
Help students achieve personal and educational goals
Promote inclusion, respect, and empowerment
Participate in personal care and physical support as needed
Be a flexible, valued team member

We're looking for someone who:

Loves helping children and young people overcome challenges
Is proactive, solution-focused, and creative
Enjoys outdoor and community-based learning
Has excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
Holds Maths and English Level 2 (or equivalent)
