Salary: £130 - £170 per day

The school is committed to providing a nurturing and structured environment where students are encouraged to build confidence, develop positive relationships and achieve their full potential.
The school is looking to appoint a SEND Teacher on a day-to-day basis with an immediate start. The successful SEND Teacher will work with students who display challenging behaviour and require additional emotional and behavioural support. Strong classroom management, adaptability and a positive approach to behaviour management will be essential for this SEND Teacher role.
The successful SEND Teacher will have:
• QTS
• Experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs
• Experience managing challenging behaviour within an educational setting
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A calm, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
