Are you a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a truly rewarding role?

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in the Tameside area, working within a specialist SEND unit.

The Role:

Full-time, long-term position within a specialist SEND unit

Support children with complex needs who are working at an EYFS level

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help pupils thrive

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver engaging, accessible activities

The School Offers:

A supportive, inclusive, and welcoming team environment

Potential progression to a permanent school contract

Ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Requirements:

Experience supporting SEND pupils, particularly those with complex needs

A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
