On-Site Project Manager - Packaging
Location: Bracknell
Salary: £30-32K
Role: Our leading client is looking for a people-first, highly organised Project Manager to join their team in a brand new on-site role, embedded directly with one of their key retail clients.
You’ll act as the dedicated on-site partner - building strong day-to-day connections, supporting planning and delivery, and making sure projects run smoothly from brief through to completion.
Because of the nature of the role, you’ll need to be based locally to Bracknell and able to attend the client HQ weekly. This will involve 3 days office, and 2 from home.
* Acting as our visible on-site lead and first point of contact
* Attending weekly planning and governance meetings
* Collating updates and presenting clearly to stakeholders
* Building strong working relationships with product development and technical teams
* Proactively chasing information and removing blockers
* Spotting risks early and supporting workload planning and forecasting
* Partnering closely with our internal studio and account teams
* Championing best practice through our end-to-end project management systems
* Managing your own portfolio of projects alongside on-site responsibilities
Requirements:
* 2–3 years experience within packaging artwork
* Worked within a packaging agency, ideally working on FMCG branded and retail accounts
* Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
* Comfortable working closely with clients and cross-functional teams
* People-oriented and relationship-driven
* A confident, clear communicator
* Firm but friendly
* Sociable and approachable
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive and solutions-focused
* Calm under pressure and comfortable working independently
