£60,000 Basic + £10,000 Bonus
Looking for a Registered Manager role where you're genuinely supported?

* Solo-placement service model
* Supportive Responsible Individual employed directly by the company
We're recruiting a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two neighbouring homes in Burton upon Trent.
Importantly, these homes operate as solo-placement services, allowing teams to focus on delivering genuinely therapeutic, child-centred care rather than managing large group dynamics.
The successful candidate will inherit a stable team structure, including a Deputy Manager and experienced Residential Care Workers, enabling them to focus on quality, leadership and outcomes rather than constant recruitment.
The Package
* £60,000 basic salary
* £10,000 performance bonus
* On Call enhancements
* Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
* Shared on-call with Deputy Manager

What we're looking for
* Existing Registered Manager experience within children's residential care
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
* Experience supporting children with EBD needs
* Passion for therapeutic, trauma-informed care
