This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, or an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior position, to join a growing and well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the commercial team, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, site teams, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.

The Role:

Managing commercial aspects of refurbishment, maintenance, and new-build construction projects
Producing CVRs, forecasts, valuations, and cost reports
Working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Hybrid working split between office, site, and home
The Person:

Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to progress into a senior role
Experience within construction, refurbishment, maintenance, commercial, or new-build projects
Strong cost control, forecasting, commercial management skills, and communication
Full UK Driving Licence
