UK Staffing Group are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a growing and highly successful B2B advertising business based in Macclesfield.

This is not your typical sales role. Working in partnership with local councils across the UK, you'll be promoting council-backed advertising solutions that help local businesses increase their visibility and generate new customers. With warm opportunities, a proven product and a supportive team environment, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales.

The Role

Contacting small and medium-sized businesses on behalf of local councils
Promoting advertising opportunities within council-backed publications and campaigns
Building long-term relationships with business owners
Managing your own sales pipeline and diary
Following up warm leads and generating new opportunities
Updating customer information through the CRM system
Working towards achievable sales targets and personal goals

What We're Looking For

Essential

Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated and target driven
Resilient and capable of handling objections
Ambition to develop a successful sales career

Desirable

Previous sales experience
Telephone-based customer service experience
Experience working towards targets or KPIs
Experience using CRM systems
