Commercial Heat Pump Engineer
National Coverage
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum

A specialist provider of low-carbon heating and cooling solutions delivering innovative HVAC services across commercial and industrial environments throughout the UK. With a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, this company designs, installs, commissions, and maintains advanced heat pump and climate control systems for sectors including healthcare, education, retail, manufacturing, and commercial buildings. Combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach, they continue to support the transition towards greener, more sustainable heating technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on commercial heat pump systems
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults across a range of heating and cooling equipment
Commission new commercial heat pump installations and system upgrades
Provide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding system performance and efficiency improvements
Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and efficiently
Ensure all work is carried out in line with F-Gas regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety requirements

Package:
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum

What You'll Need:
Previous experience working on commercial heat pump systems
Strong fault-finding skills across refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems
F-Gas qualification
Experience commissioning and servicing commercial heating and cooling equipment
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
Full UK driving licence
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
