Orbital Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for General Operatives to join their busy manufacturing operation in Somercotes.
Hours:
• Monday: 06:00 – 16:30
• Tuesday: 06:00 – 16:30
• Wednesday: 06:00 – 16:00
• Thursday: 06:00 – 16:00
• Friday: 06:00 – 15:30
The Role:
• General production and manufacturing duties
• Working within a busy industrial environment
• Using hand and power tools
• Reading measurements and following work instructions
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Supporting the wider production team as required
Requirements:
• Previous experience within precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, engineering or similar industrial environments
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
