Prep Technician

Our client, a well-established and expanding automotive retailer, is seeking a professional Vehicle Preparation Technician to join their busy workshop in Leamington Spa. Carry out pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles, adhering to manufacturer standards
Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
Conduct visual inspections of vehicle interiors and exteriors to identify defects or issues
Fit approved accessories and perform minor adjustments as required
Complete all necessary documentation prior to vehicle handover
Execute road tests to verify repairs and adjustments where applicable
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to high-quality standardsRequirements for the Prep Technician Role:

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or currently working towards this qualification)
Full UK driving licence
Proven mechanical skills and diagnostic ability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
