Location: Mansfield
Employer: Aspire People
Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Aspire People are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in schools across Mansfield.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

Working on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working with children with SEN (school-based or alternative settings preferred)

A patient, caring, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
