Healthcare Retail Advisor – Permanent career opportunities, based Dunstable.

This well-established UK Healthcare provider seeks an experienced Retail Advisor to join a dynamic team based in Dunstable. The primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, driving new business sales, advising on healthcare options, whilst enhancing the customer experience within a professional, fast-paced retail environment. You will contribute directly to store performance by meeting KPIs and promoting customer satisfaction, while providing exceptional levels of care and representing the brand with enthusiasm.

Working on a full-time basis, covering a rota between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm including rotational weekends calls for a committed, reliable and hard-working individual, therefore we seek candidates with previous healthcare/GP practice and exceptional customer facing skills and experience. This opportunity offers an annual salary of just over £24,700 (national minimum wage) plus paid overtime, store discounts and an excellent training and career development programme.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively engage with customers, understanding their needs and providing one-to-one assistance

* Accurately interpret information and customer order documentation and administer best advice, oversee customer collections, ensuring suitability of product

* Manage customer appointments using in-store booking systems

* Handle till operations and transaction processing with accuracy

* Deliver memorable service experiences that contribute to strong performance scores

* Guide customers in the selection and style of product, offering confident recommendations

* Ensure accurate completion of customer paperwork and basic transaction processes

* Communicate product offerings and promotions clearly and effectively

* Address customer concerns, including those relating to complex requirements

* Support cost-efficiency initiatives across the store, working towards and exceed both individual and team targets

* Act as a brand ambassador for the brand, promoting trust and professionalism

About you

* Proven healthcare experience with a customer-first mindset

* Strong command of spoken and written English

* Excellent working knowledge of windows-based systems

* Proven administration and/or reception skills and experience

* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups

* Highly organised, with attention to detail and efficiency
