As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll oversee a dedicated team of warehouse operatives for our client in a fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly, targets are met, and team members are motivated.
Key Duties:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts.
Coordinate daily warehouse operations.
Monitor team performance and productivity, providing coaching and feedback.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate stock control and assist with inventory management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
