The role may involve supporting pupils with:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* ADHD
* Speech and Language Needs
* SEMH
* Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support
* Support EHCP targets
* Assist with behaviour regulation strategies
* Promote independence and engagement
* Work closely with teaching and therapy teams
Requirements
* Experience supporting children with SEN
* Positive and patient approach
* Strong communication skills
* Commitment to safeguarding
