The Opportunity

In this hands-on role, you'll be at the heart of our production line, maintaining and optimising front-end machinery to deliver high-quality products while ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal waste.

This isn't just about keeping things running-it's about continuously improving. You'll be part of a collaborative team that tackles challenges head-on, reduces downtime, and drives operational excellence across the plant.

What You'll Bring

A Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering is essential, alongside experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
