Salary: £90 - £105 per day
Do you have experience supporting students with SEND and SEMH needs?
Do you have the confidence to assist the teacher and help pupils reach their full potential?
Are you looking for a flexible full-time or part-time Teaching Assistant role in a supportive Primary School?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with Primary schools in LS25, who are looking to appoint a number of dedicated Teaching Assistants. These Primary School have a welcoming and supportive environment, with a strong focus on creating positive learning experiences for all pupils and encouraging children to thrive both academically and socially.
We are looking to take on a number of Teaching Assistants on either a full-time or part-time basis starting ASAP. The successful Teaching Assistant will be supporting the class teacher within the classroom, helping to manage learning activities, support pupil engagement and maintain a positive learning environment throughout the school day.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience working with children within a school setting
A positive and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to support classroom learning effectively
A caring and patient approach
Flexibility and adaptability
