We're looking for an Industrial or Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join an established team of five recruiters in Mansfield, managing a fast-paced temporary recruitment desk within either sector.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a busy temps desk, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while maintaining a steady pipeline of quality candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing temporary staffing requirements for industrial or commercial clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
* Managing temporary worker bookings and availability
* Ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are completed accurately
* Developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
* Delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates
* Working closely with your colleagues to support branch growth
