Parcel Sorter

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Parcel Sorter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks.
This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and involves a lot of heavy lifting.
Hours: 21:30-03:30 - start time and finish time will depend on the requirements
Around 22-26hrs a week
Pay rate: £15.37p/h
Duties of a Parcel Sorter:
* Efficiently to load and unload goods.
* Parcel sorting
* Utilise warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
* Handle materials with care during stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
* Maintain an organised warehouse environment by keeping aisles clear and products stored correctly. .
* Assist with heavy lifting as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Experience:
* Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Candidates should be comfortable with physical demands including heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
