Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver
Location: Rugby
Shifts: Monday to Friday | 07:00 AM - 15:00 PM
Pay: £13.50 per hour

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient production line by assisting with the loading and unloading of stock, handling materials, and ensuring all orders are prepared for delivery. Key Responsibilities:
* Unload and load stock onto pallets using a Counterbalance forklift.
* Load production lines with necessary materials and ensure materials are readily available.
* Maintain a smooth-running production line by efficiently moving and organizing materials.
* Use shrink wrap equipment to complete orders and prepare items for delivery.
* Rework pallets, stack materials properly, and dispose of any damaged goods.
* Complete tasks as assigned by the line leader, ensuring all duties are performed on time and to the required standard.

Key Requirements:
* Valid Counterbalance FLT License and proven experience in forklift operation.
* Strong ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
* Physically fit, with the ability to handle stock and materials safely.
* Attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
