Senior Business Designer

Your responsibilities as Senior Business Designer

Lead design activities from discovery through to testing and implementation
Translate research, market intelligence and data into commercial opportunities and recommendations
Develop value propositions, models and growth strategies aligned to client objectives
Build business cases and financial models that support strategic decision-making
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to create alignment and drive progress
Support client relationship development by identifying opportunities to extend impact and value
What we’re looking for in a Senior Business Designer

Previous experience within business design, innovation, strategy, consulting or product-focused environments
Strong capability in business modelling, proposition development and commercial analysis
Experience building business cases and using data to inform decision-making
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams delivering transformation or innovation initiatives
This is a hybrid role, working 3-days per week in the office.
